Our Story

Refilwe Maps Consulting was built on an unusual combination: a chemical engineer's precision and an executive coach's eye for people.

With over a decade of experience in metallurgical operations and process optimisation, we understand how systems work, and where they break down. That technical grounding, paired with ICF-registered coaching training, shapes how we work with leaders today: structured, insight-driven, and built around results that hold up under pressure.

We partner with executives, professionals, and organisations to strengthen leadership capability, improve operational efficiency, and drive change that actually sticks. Every engagement works toward the same goal: helping people lead with clarity, integrity, and confidence, while building growth that's sustainable, not just impressive on paper.

Our Values

  • Impact — we measure success by the change we help create

  • Innovation — we bring creativity and forward thinking to every engagement

  • Integrity — we hold ourselves to the highest ethical standard

  • Collaboration — we co-create success with our clients, not hand it down

  • Excellence — we deliver results that exceed expectations

Who We Work With

We've worked across corporate enterprises, educational institutions, public sector organisations, SMEs, and individuals, in South Africa and internationally. What ties it together is a blend of engineering precision and leadership psychology, built to unlock performance at both the individual and organisational level.
